Hallam Barbell is the place to go to build strength, friendships and confidence – where you can improve your physical health and personal wellbeing. We offer a range of classes and programmes for all ages, for all abilities, for all communities:
- Olympic Weightlifting – learn and train the Snatch and Clean & Jerk.
- Powerbelle – for women who lift
- Hallam Barbell Bears – structured physical activity and strength training for children and young people
- MindfullySTRONG – integrated mindfulness and strength training
- Young Peoples Strength & Fitness Club
- Personal coaching and semi-private training – 1 to 1 and small group training options.
- Schools Programme – partnerships with schools offering strength based physical activity sessions
- Strength for Life – physical activity and strength training for older adults
