Young people’s Strength & Fitness club

Hallam Barbell want to help young people have a great experience of exercising. Research shows that increased activity at a young age creates positive exercise habits for life and gives people increased life expectancy and a better quality of life. Important things! We believe that physical training provides a range of benefits to young people that far outreaches just the physical domain.

Working hard, facing challenges, learning that consistency creates progress, celebrating achievements and helping others are key facets of the HBB young people’s programme. We also want to show young people what exercising correctly looks like to make sure they get it right.
